A co-founder and senior member of German IP firm Bardehle Pagenberg, Jochen Pagenberg is also an adviser to the German Federal Ministry of Justice. He has been a tireless campaigner for a unitary European patent system and is currently the president of the European Patent Lawyers Association, as well as chairing the AIPPI's special committee on European patent litigation.

Pagenberg's practice covers all areas of intellectual property law. He has authored more than 80 articles and books.
